About the Founder

Chika was Born and raised in Nigeria in a catholic family. He was an altar boy and a member of a group who went out on Sundays after mass to visit and pray for the sick in hospital.

Whilst preparing for college exams, Chika watched a movie about a race car driver dying and going to hell. The driver had ignored all teaching and invitations to turn his life over to God. After arriving home that same night Chika dreamt of the movie he had watched. He saw himself as the racing car driver and the same story line playing out, only now he was the one dying and going to hell.

The following Sunday Chika ran to church. He gave his life to God in April 1994 and was baptised both by water and the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues that same year. Chika went on to serve in his local church ‘Vineyard Christian ministries’. He served in various departments including Ushering, Prayer, Teaching, and drama. He was ordained to be a minister and served in another branch of the same ministry for a year.

Whilst serving, the desire for full time ministry was planted in Chika’s heart.

Part of our vision is to be involved in various mission trips, either by organising them ourselves or by being a part of mission trips led by other organisations with the same heart as ours. Read More>>

In 2002, Chika left Nigeria for Romania to study computer science. He spent five years there. Whilst in Romania Chika made some choices that were out of God’s will, but God remained faithful. Chika got married in 2006 and in March 2007 Chika and his then wife relocated to London, England. Unfortunately the marriage ended in November 2010.

In 2015 Chika felt the desire to go to Bible College and after much searching, a friend directed him to Andrew Wommack Ministries. It was there that Chika discovered Charis Bible College. He started a correspondence course to complete the first year of studies whilst living in Stoke-on-Trent. After completing the first year, Chika enrolled for the second and third year leadership program, on site. He completed his studies and graduated in May 2019.

Chika met and married his wife Davina whilst he was a student at Charis Bible College in 2019. Whilst Chika was a student at Charis Bible College he took part in two mission trips. The first was to Germany in 2018 as a second year student. The second was to Romania in 2019 where Chika led the team. They ministered in the city of Brasov and also in nearby gypsy villages.

In June 2018 Chika felt called by God to launch ‘House Without Walls’ and in January 2019 it became a not for profit organisation.

Our Beliefs

Through teaching the simplicity of the gospel, all will come to the knowledge of what they are saved from, what they are saved into and what they are saved for.

The Scriptures

We believe that all of Scripture (Both the Old and New Testament) is verbally inspired by God and is our final authority in all matters pertaining to doctrine, reproof, correction, and instruction in righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16, 17)

God

We believe in only one true God; One in essence, nature, and attributes, but existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7)

Jesus Christ

We believe in the deity of the Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, of His shed blood on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins, of His bodily resurrection and ascension to the Father's right hand. We do not believe that He is a way to the Father, but rather the only way through which we can receive righteousness, regeneration, sanctification, and glorification. He is, in fact, our salvation (1 Corinthians 1:30-31)

Holy Spirit

We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit, evidenced with speaking in tongues according to Acts 1:8; 2:4; 9:17; 10:44-46; 11:15-16; and 19:6. We believe this experience is distinct from, and subsequent to, the new birth, and can be received by faith (Galatians 3:2)

Salvation

We believe that all who, in repentance and faith, receive the Lord Jesus as Saviour and Lord are born again (Acts 20:20-21; Romans 10:9-13)

Healing

We believe that the redemptive work of Christ on the cross has provided healing for the human body (Matthew 8:16-17; Isaiah 53:4; 1 Peter 2:24). We believe that as a church and as individuals, we have been given power and authority in the name of Jesus Christ to go and heal the sick, Cleanse the lepers, raise the dead and to cast out devils (Matthew 10:8)

The Resurrection

We believe in the resurrection of the just and the unjust; one to everlasting life and one to everlasting damnation (Matthew 25:46)

The Second Coming

We believe in a literal, physical second return of the Lord Jesus Christ (1 Thessalonians 1:10; 4:16-17)

The Church

We believe that the universal church is comprised of all true believers who have received salvation through Christ (Ephesians 1:22-23). We also believe in and encourage fellowship with a local church (Hebrews 10:25)

Gifts of the Spirit

We believe that spiritual gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit are for the common good and building up of others today (1 Corinthians 12:7)

Marriage

We believe in the sanctity of marriage. We believe that marriage is between a man and a woman (Genesis 2:23-24) and that the marriage between a man and a woman is a picture of the relationship between Christ (the Groom) and the church (The Bride) (Ephesians 5:22-33)
